Claims & emergency support

If a serious illness or injury may lead to hospital admission, or if repatriation may be needed, emergency assistance should be contacted as soon as possible.

For hospitalisation, direct billing may be arranged once authorised. For most non-hospital treatment, students usually pay first and then request reimbursement with the required documents.

Students should keep invoices, receipts, medical reports, prescriptions, and proof of payment, and claims should be submitted as soon as possible after the incident.

Digital Doctor support is included as a complimentary extra service for suitable non-emergency issues.
