Yes. The single premium must be paid by bank card, using credit or debit card.

Can I pay in instalments?

No. The premium is a single payment due upon signature of the policy.

When does cover start?

Cover begins with payment of the premium and signing of the policy, for the term shown in the applicable policy documentation.

What documents may be required before issue?

The application may require official proof of studies in Spain, a completed Health Questionnaire and any other documentation requested for the policy issue process.

How long does the policy last?

What should I do if I need emergency care?

Emergency care is organised through the productโ€™s emergency and urgent care coordination service in Spain. In an emergency, students should follow the route indicated in their policy documents.

Do I pay the provider first?

For the base healthcare route, covered costs are normally handled through approved providers and centres. Optional dental excesses, if dental cover is added, are paid directly to the dental provider.

Is there a health card for the product?

Are there co-payments or waiting periods?

Do I have to accept terms and policies to book?

It is the document set issued for your booking that confirms the insured student details and the insurance term that applies to your route.
