1) About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the StudySafe website and any booking, quotation, onboarding, document submission, or payment journey made available through this website. By browsing this website, submitting information, uploading documents, requesting a quotation, starting a booking, or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms.

2) What StudySafe provides

StudySafe provides information and online booking and onboarding journeys to help eligible customers request, access, arrange, or complete insurance-related purchases for selected products and destinations, subject to availability and eligibility. StudySafe is not the insurer. Insurance cover, where issued, is provided strictly in accordance with the applicable insurance documentation, policy wording, Insurance Product Information Document (IPID), Certificate of Insurance, and any product-specific terms made available for the relevant booking route.

3) Policy documents prevail

All insurance cover is subject to the full policy terms, conditions, limits, exclusions, operative dates, eligibility criteria, cancellation rules, and any applicable excess. If anything on this website differs from the applicable insurance documents issued or made available for the relevant product, the applicable policy documents, certificate, and official insurance documentation prevail.

4) Your responsibilities (accuracy and eligibility)

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during the booking journey. Incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or outdated information may affect eligibility, delay processing, prevent document issuance, invalidate cover, or affect the handling of claims. You must ensure that your requested cover, dates, destination, programme, travel details, visa status, and any uploaded supporting documents are correct and align with the applicable product requirements. If any relevant detail changes, you must contact us promptly.

5) Booking, payment, and document issuance

Completing a booking form or making a payment does not by itself guarantee acceptance, eligibility, underwriting approval, or issuance of insurance documents. Bookings are subject to eligibility, document review, fraud prevention, AML/KYC or verification checks where applicable, payment confirmation, product rules, insurer or intermediary rules, and operational processing. Insurance documents are only issued once the booking has been successfully processed and confirmed under the applicable route. You must review your documents upon receipt and contact us promptly if you believe any detail is incorrect.

6) Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund rights may vary depending on the product, insurer, intermediary, timing of purchase, travel status, and the applicable insurance documents. Any cancellation or refund is subject to the rules that apply to the relevant product and route, including any statutory cancellation rights, cooling-off rights, policy conditions, and restrictions once travel has commenced or a claim situation has arisen. 7) Claims

Claims must be submitted and handled strictly in line with the claims procedure, deadlines, conditions, and instructions contained in the applicable policy documents. You may be asked for supporting evidence, including invoices, receipts, proof of payment, travel documents, police reports, medical certificates, prescriptions, or other documents relevant to the claim. Failure to provide requested documentation may delay or affect the claim outcome.

8) Emergency assistance and digital services (where applicable)

Where the applicable plan includes emergency assistance, telemedicine, digital doctor, or similar support services, access to and use of those services is subject to availability, triage, the applicable service rules, the terms of the relevant insurer, intermediary, or service provider, and any operational limitations in force at the time. Such services may not be available under every product, every destination, or every case.

9) Website use and content
